Moochie's Return Policy
Returns are qualified for full purchase price refunds if the return is received within 30 days of the original purchase date and the original receipt accompanies the product in the condition in which it was purchased. Returned products must have all original attached product tags.
Returns can be made at any Moochie & Co. retail store or by shipping the product back to Moochie & Co at the address listed below.
Please notice that due to health concerns of both pets and people, no returns can be made on beds, carriers, and blankets.
